Returns, Refunds Policies and Cancelations.

Your Statutory Right to cancel orders

At npselection.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law, you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason.

During this time you can return the order as per the information supplied with the order. Please note that the order/item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it (also known as a sellable condition)

Returns
The time for returns is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the receiving of the goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it (also known as a sellable condition).

Our products are exempt from being returned if opened or in an unsellable condition as they become unusable or/and unsellable and need to be disposed of. You could be eligible for exchange in some cases, so please contact us at info@yogurtathome.com

To complete your return, please follow the instructions on the packing list inside the shipping package.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Please contact us at info@yogurtathome.com and provide an image to assess the situation.

A partial refund might be granted for example in the case that the item is returned more than 30 days after receiving the goods. Please contact us if in doubt

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In some cases, you might miss all delivery attempts and the carrier will return automatically to the sender(us) - in such cases, you might be able to track the return using the tracking link provided if tracked delivery was requested at check-out.

Shipping cost (when applicable) is not refundable when the shipping cost is paid(and shipping mode is chosen by you at checkout)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and allow some processing time. Credit card companies usually process refunds slower, so please consider this.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they became defective or damaged during transit. Please let us know immediately and please provide an image of the damaged item to access the damages and consequently open a claim with the delivery company. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yogurtathome.com then other practical arrangements can be made.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping of the returned items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please contact us if in doubt. Please consider tracking shipping for peace of mind.

If you are shipping an item/items for over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance(if insurance is available).
